Durance is a family company created at the foot of Grignan Castle in the heart of Provence, amid truffle oaks, fruit trees and lavender fields. At their inception, they created a lavender essential oil recognised for it’s high quality. Today, over 30 years later, they offer a refined collection of home perfumes, personal fragrances and cosmetics of natural origin sold in a large number of countries.

Durance works with talented partners who enjoy creating quality products from fine material, like for example – their candles made by hand according to tradition from their wick to their raffia knot.

Durance are committed to recreating authentic scents, as faithful as possible to nature, achieved through rigorous selection of the finest materials and the most refined fragrances and developed by their master perfumers in Grasse.

The brand pays the closest attention to product composition, choosing ingredients of natural origin, raw materials that are known, recognised and nature friendly.
